Vegreville RCMP Respond to Altercation at Vegreville High School

Vegreville, Alta. – Around 12:10 p.m. on March 18, 2022, Vegreville RCMP responded to a report of a stabbing at the Composite High School.
Upon arrival RCMP located two individuals suffering from minor injuries. Both were transported to the local hospital and treated for their injuries.
The investigation indicates an altercation occurred between a group of individuals in the school parking lot which resulted in the victims receiving minor injuries. RCMP conducted patrols in the area and located the involved individuals.
One individual was arrested and charges are pending. No further information about this incident is anticipated.
