St. Paul RCMP Investigate Shots Fired

St. Paul, Alta. – The St. Paul RCMP have laid charges following a shots fired call at a residence in Saddle Lake Cree Nation.
Tommy Gladue, (26) of Saddle Lake Cree Nation was charged with eight offences, some of which include: discharge firearm with intent, careless use of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm/prohibited weapon, or restricted weapon.
Jesse Gladue, (28) of Saddle Lake Cree Nation was charged with weapons possession contrary to an order (x4).
A 15-year-old male of Saddle Lake Cree Nation was charged with fail to comply (x8). A 16-year-old male of Saddle Lake Cree Nation was charged with fail to comply (x4) and breach of recognizance.
Tommy Gladue was remanded into custody while Jesse Gladue was released after judicial hearings. Both will be appearing in St. Paul Provincial Court on Dec. 17, 2020.
The 15-year-old youth was released and is set to appear in St. Paul Provincial Court on Jan. 14, 2021. The 16-year-old youth was remanded into custody and is set to attend St. Paul Provincial Court on Dec.10, 2020.
