Pysanka Park Bridge Closed

The west bridge at Pysanka Park has been temporarily closed due to the high level of the Vermilion River and minor overland flooding.
The Town’s Emergency Service’s department is monitoring the situation closely, and the risk to residents remains low. However, the public is urged to stay away from the banks of the Vermilion River as water levels can quickly change as the weather warms further.
We would also like to remind residents who are enjoying the trails around Pysanka Park that you must practice social distancing while doing so; keeping a minimum of two-metres distance between yourself and others at all times.
