It was incorrectly stated in the articles ‘Andrew Parent Attempts to Create a Catholic School District’ and ‘Creation of Sachava School District’ District’ that were published online Feb. 25 and March 12 respectively, that the school of choice fee is $500 per child and the busing fee is $455 per child.
In fact, Elk Island Public Schools charges $325 for students who either attend a non-designated school or who are not eligible for busing based on other criteria, and $100 for eligible students.
