Tofield RCMP Respond to Fatal Collision

Tofield, Alta. – This morning at approximately 8:00 a.m., Tofield RCMP responded to a report of a single vehicle rollover on Township Road 494 east of Tofield.

Preliminary investigation has revealed a SUV was travelling eastbound on Township Road 494 and a rollover occurred.

The adult female driver suffered serious non-life threatening injuries and was transported via EMS to hospital. A 60-year-old passenger from Holden, Alta., was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Tofield RCMP along with a RCMP Collision Analyst continue to investigate. The name of the deceased will not be released.
